Troubleshooting
For any issues, please contact support at 1-855-477-7000 if you are unable to resolve the issue with the following steps.
Proximity to Hub
Readings can only transmit with in 25 feet of the hub. Please verify proximity to hub. Green light must be lit on the Hub If green light is not on or is red- please reboot hub by unplugging and waiting 30 seconds prior to reconnecting power cord
Device power
If the device does not power on, please check and change the batteries
Paring of the Omron Blood Pressure Meter
Must be within 25 feet of hub, press and hold the Bluetooth button until the P is displayed. After a few moments the hub will announce- “Thank you, Device Paired.”
If the Hub does not say “Thank you, Device Paired.” Please contact support at 1-855-477-7000
Glucometer Readings not Transmitting
Hold the glucometer within 25 feet of the hub and press and hold the center button on the glucometer until the hub responds. The hub will confirm the reading(s) has been received.
